Our Story
Barks & Tails Rescue started with a simple belief: every dog deserves a second chance. We are a dedicated group of volunteers based in Utica, NY, operating as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
We rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, abuse, and abandonment. We place them in loving foster homes where they receive medical care, training, and the love they need to thrive before finding their forever homes.
